Exchange Policy

– You have 5 days from the date of purchase to exchange an item.

– Exchanges are subject to item availability. If an equivalent item is not available, we will issue a refund under our refund policy.

Return and Refund Policy  

– To be eligible for a return and refund, items must be returned within 5 days from the date of purchase.

– Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to us.

– Before returning an item, customers must take clear photos of the front and back of the garment and email these photos to for pre-approval.

– Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with tags still attached. We will not issue refunds for items that have stains, defects, or have been altered in any way.

Shipping Returns

– Please ensure the item is packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.

– You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

– Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

– If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
